Terms & refunds
Fancy Cafe POV creates AI-assisted cafe comedy clips from authorized photos. Review the current video specification and samples before buying: 8 seconds, vertical 480p MP4, silent. Faces, furniture and actions may vary; the output is not guaranteed to exactly reproduce a sample.
Purchases and credits
USD video packs are one-time payments with no automatic renewal: $5.99 for 1 video, $19.99 for 4, or $34.99 for 8. Purchased credits are tied to your signed-in account, cannot be transferred or redeemed as cash, and have no scheduled expiry.
Generation
Starting a paid generation reserves one credit. The credit is consumed after the video is saved to private storage. A confirmed generation failure returns the credit. Network timeouts and unknown provider outcomes stay pending for investigation; they do not trigger another generation. A completed video with an unwanted artistic result is reviewed by support rather than automatically regenerated without limit.
Cash refunds
Contact support within 14 days of purchase to request a refund for a wholly unused pack, duplicate payment, or unresolved delivery issue. Used packs and partial refunds require individual review; no automatic prorated refund is promised. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected. Approved cash refunds return to the original payment method and revoke the associated credits. Credit returns for failed generations are distinct from cash refunds.
Photos and acceptable use
Use photos of yourself or adults who explicitly agree to AI generation and processing by our providers. Do not upload minors, non-consensual intimate images or impersonation intended to deceive, harass or defraud. You retain rights to your uploads and authorize processing only to provide this service. Review generated clips before publishing and ensure you have the necessary rights.
Support and deletion
Unused drafts can be deleted in the studio. For drafts linked to generation tasks, account deletion, payment questions or unsuitable output, contact support with your account email and order or task ID. We do not promise unlimited revisions or manual video editing.
